As I open myself up to this new space of the web, I want you to all feel like you know me and what I’m about. I’ll try to be as transparent as I can because I believe in being real & showing people that life is what you make it. There are hard days, but there are equally awesome days. Let’s just make sure we’re all trying to uplift & inspire others… and making that the main theme.
That’s why today I want to talk about the G L O W.
You know… The glow that comes from living & rocking a life you love. It usually includes a lot of plant-based whole foods in their variety of scrumptious & nutrient-packed colours. It also means being at peace with yourself and believing in self-love + care. And also, focusing on natural approaches that don’t harm you, but instead bring harmony.
That G L O W.
Because I’m so focused on expanding my glow (mainly so that you’re now part of my glowisphere too), I decided that I needed a natural glowing community to embody this vision + get other people involved…enter in the Glowing Green Community. Anyone can join, but you gotta want to live a glowing (aka better for you) life. That’s the only requirement!
So far, our community, besides being completely awesome, is small, but glowing…err, I mean growing. And I want for it to continue to grow and help others, so I also started within the community “glow tips.”
A glow tip will give you little pieces of info here and there to help you live a more natural, glowing life. Pretty self-explanatory! 😛 And these will be sprinkled through the Glowing Green page from time-to-time for you to absorb.
And then finally, the last piece of the glow puzzle that I’m putting together right now is the most crucial part to understand the glow and something I’m glad to officially announce today in this post: a monthly newsletter with a new focus each month, dedicated to everything you’ve read above. It will be called “the glow.”
The first newsletter will hit inboxes in April, so make sure you subscribe here! Each month will have a different focus that the newsletter is geared towards – and reflects how you should aim to be that month!
Now here’s the best part: I’m offering YOU ALL the chance to be monthly contributors, if you so choose to! All you have to do is subscribe to the newsletter and it will send you a link to the form to fill out for each month you wish to contribute OR become part of the Glowing Green community (if you’re not already), and you can access the link there, as well.
Your contribution can be anything from a smoothie or juice recipe, to a really good article, to an awesome essential oil blend, to a really good & fitting workout – as long as it relates to that month’s focus! We just want the glow + the focus – that’s it, that’s all!
