Happy Sunday, everyone! If yours is relaxing, then you're doing it right.
Mine, unfortunately, involves packing, cleaning, and well, chaos. We move into a brand new place tomorrow (cue: extreme excitement), so today's post is going to be simple and to the point.
We're talking the easiest meal in the history of meals yet still really good for you! (Your style/my style, am I right?)
Here are the ingredients you'll need (preferably all organic):
- 1 large spaghetti squash
- 1 large jar of pasta sauce (I used tomato basil)
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Optional extras: more veggies (like carrots, spinach, mushrooms, etc) for the sauce
