it never stops
If you read my last post, then you know how important health is to me. It grips me to my core each & everyday. It's why when I reflect back on where I've come in the last 5-6 years, I'm pretty darn proud. I found passion + conviction in what I was doing & it took root in me to be a leader in the health movement.
Over the years, I have received so many emails from different people asking me questions, thanking me & just generally interested in what I was doing to live a lifestyle focusing on eating plant-based, reducing toxins in the home & being a mom. It's in these three topics that I've realized... wow, there is still so much work left to do & so many people to still serve (and I LOVE talking on those subjects). Because ps - I love using blogging as a platform to reach anyone in the world. With a simple type of a keyword, it might bring me to you (which btw, is an AMAZING Joshua Radin song if you've never heard it before ;)... and I love that. So if you're here thanks to a random Google search - it's probably meant to be for us!
And the cool part about writing about your life/your thoughts/your findings/your research is that when it resonates with someone, you develop this even deeper connection to your purpose through them - through what they share with you. It's through others letting me into their health journey that I've been able to grow even more on mine.
Even now when I look back at to see where I came from (hello, pregnant Char eager to learn about SO much)...
...to where I am now (hello Present Day Char, wanting to make sure she's making her mark on this beautiful earth in the best + most impactful way possible)...
Because it never stops.
I'm still learning. I'm still growing. I'm still evolving. And let this space be a chronicle for all that like it once was before. When I used to just let it alllllll out & just share to simple share what was on my mind.
Because life is a journey - and it's one I plan on always being curious about. Will you continue to be curious with me? Can we do this together? I sure hope so, because I have a lot where this came from. It's the spark that has always existed deep down inside of me - now it's just ready to shine brighter again. So let's step into the light together.
